The symptoms
You've outgrown spreadsheets and group chats when…
Every business starts in Excel and WhatsApp, and that's fine. The cost only shows up later — as hours, and as mistakes nobody catches until month end.
- 01Someone consolidates the same orders or requests by hand, into the same spreadsheet, every week.
- 02The real record of what was agreed lives somewhere in a chat thread, and only one person can find it.
- 03Two people edited the file and now there are two files, both named "final".
- 04Invoices, receipts and PDFs get made one at a time, by copying last month's and changing the numbers.
- 05You can't answer "where does this stand?" without asking three people.
What I automate
The repetitive parts, handed to a computer.
You don't need a platform. You need the four or five specific chores that eat your week to stop needing a human. These are the ones I'm asked for most.
Order & request intake
A link your customers or staff fill in, landing straight in your system — instead of a message someone has to re-type.
Invoices & PDFs
Generated from the record itself, with your own layout and numbering. No more duplicating last month's file.
Payment records
What was invoiced, what came in, what's still outstanding — in one place that doesn't depend on memory.
Automatic notifications
The right person gets told when something needs them, so nobody has to chase status in a group chat.
Scheduled reports
The weekly summary you currently build by hand arrives on its own, already built.
Customer database
Every past order searchable against the person who placed it, rather than scattered across chat history.
Shipped work
Two operations that used to run on Excel and paper.
Not mockups. Both are live, with real users, doing this every day.

1
Tell me the chore
A 30-minute call or a WhatsApp voice note. Describe the manual task eating your team's time. That's it.
-
2
Fixed quote, small scope
I quote a fixed price for the smallest version that removes the pain — one chore, done properly.

Built after hours
I build nights and weekends, and show you progress on a live link every week — working software, not screenshots.

Your accounts, your data, your code. Maintain it with me monthly, or take it over completely.
FAQ
Questions about replacing Excel and WhatsApp.
Can you automate WhatsApp itself?
Usually the better answer is to remove the WhatsApp step rather than automate it. Instead of customers messaging you and someone re-typing it, they fill in a link and it lands straight in your system — with WhatsApp kept for the conversations that genuinely need a human.
Do I have to give up Excel completely?
No. Spreadsheets are good at analysis and bad at being a database used by five people at once. I move the shared, multi-person part into proper software and keep an export, so you can still pull the numbers into Excel whenever you want.
How much does it cost to automate our admin work?
Fixed price quoted upfront after a 30-minute conversation. Small tools typically land in the low thousands SGD. If a cheap off-the-shelf tool already solves it, I'll point you at that instead.
What if an existing tool already does this?
Then I'll tell you which one and you should use it. I only build where existing tools genuinely don't fit — usually because your process spans several systems that don't talk to each other.

What's the one task your business does by hand that it shouldn't?
Send it to me in one message. If I can build it, I'll quote you a fixed price. If I can't, I'll say so — and tell you what to look for instead.
